Job summary

TeraWulf is seeking a Director of Energy Infrastructure in West Palm Beach to lead the planning, design, procurement, construction and commissioning of owner-controlled energy assets for hyperscale data center campuses. You will manage onsite generation, substations, renewable integration, SMR considerations, and complex EPC contracts to deliver reliable, cost-effective power.

The role requires 12+ years in large-scale energy projects, PE license preferred, and a track record delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; PE preferred.
• 12+ years of leading large energy infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering projects >$250M in capital value; hyperscale data centers or utilities helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term energy infrastructure / power-generation strategy for hyperscale campuses.
• Lead onsite generation, substations, and high-voltage infrastructure initiatives.
• Oversee EPC contracts, procurement, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with utility interconnection and permitting teams.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and cost targets across projects.
