Job summary

Mapletree seeks an experienced investment professional to lead the North America Data Center Group’s divestment and investment activities from the US. You will drive end-to-end transaction processes, assess opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize portfolio growth.

You will require a strong track record in real estate investment or private equity, with 10+ years of experience, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams to close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field required.
• MBA, CFA, or other advanced qualifications preferred.
• 10+ years of real estate investment, private equity, or related transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end divestment processes for data center assets, including valuation and buyer engagement.
• Coordinate with Asset Management to gather operational, leasing, and technical data for due diligence.
• Prepare transaction materials and manage external advisors (banks, lawyers, valuers).
• Present recommendations to senior management and investment committees.
• Develop investment theses, underwriting models, and market analyses for opportunities.
• Drive portfolio growth by originating new investments and structuring complex deals.
