Job summary

Mapletree’s North America Data Center Group seeks a Vice President of Investment to lead strategic divestments and new investments in the US, reporting to the Head of Asset Management. The role focuses on capital recycling, exit strategies, and value creation across markets.

You will manage end-to-end investment transactions, coordinate due diligence with cross-functional teams, and present findings to senior committees for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering.
• 10+ years of real estate investment or related transactions.
• Strong valuation, underwriting and deal structuring skills.
• Experience with data center or digital infrastructure deals is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end divestment or acquisition deals for data center assets.
• Develop investment theses, business plans and underwriting models.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (banks, consultants, lawyers, valuers).
• Present recommendations to senior management and investment committees.
• Oversee due diligence across commercial, technical, ESG, and regulatory areas.
