Job summary

Mapletree seeks a senior fundraising and investor relations professional to lead North American capital-raising initiatives for private real estate funds and partnerships. The role emphasizes marketing, relationship-building with investors, and strategic capital deployment aligned with the Group’s objectives.

The candidate should have 10+ years of fundraising experience within real estate platforms, strong financial analysis, and excellent communication; travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or equivalent.
• 10+ years of fundraising experience in large real estate management or REIT platforms.
• Proven North America fundraising track record across multiple strategies.
• Strong marketing, communication and investor relations skills with real estate financial analysis knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to grow private capital management and forward growth objectives for the Group.
• Support capital raising in North America with a focus on marketing and investor due diligence.
• Manage relationships with investors and capital partners and understand North America deployment needs.
• Conduct market research on private funds and listed comparables to track real estate trends.
• Maintain quality communication with internal and external clients.
