Job summary

Capgemini Invent in New York seeks a Vice President to lead Data & AI consulting for Consumer Products & Retail across North America. You will shape strategy, drive growth, and oversee multi-disciplinary programs with senior client executives.

You will build trusted relationships, originate and close engagements, and champion responsible AI and data-driven transformation to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Data, AI, and Analytics consulting.
• Deep Consumer Products & Retail industry experience with executive-level relationships in North America.
• Proven track record of originating, selling, and delivering large-scale Data & AI transformations.
• Experience defining enterprise data and AI strategies aligned to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shaping strategy and investments for Capgemini Invent's Data & AI offerings in North America.
• Building and managing a sustainable pipeline across CP&R clients with substantial annual revenue.
• Leading multi-disciplinary Data & AI transformation programs and governing engagements.
• Developing thought leadership, propositions, and repeatable assets.
