Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity engineering or related technical cybersecurity disciplines.
• Experience in First Line or Second Line of Defense cybersecurity or tech security.
• Experience designing or overseeing SDLC/Secure by Design in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management, controls, and governance in regulated financial services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Second Line of Defense partner to Cybersecurity leadership for risk oversight across key programs.
• Assess design and effectiveness of SDLC/Secure by Design in tech and engineering functions.
• Evaluate cybersecurity risks and controls, identify gaps and remediation strategies.
• Advise on cryptographic strategy, key management, authentication, and post-quantum risks.
• Assess risks from deployment of AI technologies and governance frameworks.
