Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/InfoSec or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of technology risk, technology audit, software engineering, or application security experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience querying and analyzing data in SQL.
• Experience with software delivery toolchains (source control, CI/CD, automated testing).
• Experience assessing technology controls (change management, access management, secure SDLC).

Responsabilités

• Perform independent risk assessments of controls governing software delivery using data-first approaches.
• Challenge first line on control models for AI coding assistants and agentic tooling.
• Evaluate entitlements/credentials for development tooling and autonomous agents.
• Assess observability/telemetry to detect data loss and misbehavior.
• Use Python/SQL to analyze large datasets and build dashboards for senior management.
• Test hypotheses to identify risks in software delivery via risk/KPI metrics.
• Develop and maintain the annual oversight plan and report independently to senior management and regulators.
• Prioritize and track remediation of control findings and closure.
• Coach junior data scientists and risk professionals to raise analytical standards.
