Hiscox is seeking an AVP/VP, Product & Underwriting Practice Leader to guide product management and underwriting across Technology & Cyber. The role oversees full lifecycle, risk selection, and innovation for digital and intermediated channels, owning P&L and driving change management with a customer-centric, collaborative culture.

The position requires 10+ years in product management/underwriting, strong analytics, and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in product management and/or underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance, customer segments, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
