DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a VP Underwriter for the Cyber division in a hybrid role based in the United States.

You will lead a team of underwriters, shape underwriting strategy, and drive profitable growth across crisis and reputational risk classes while developing broker relationships at the executive level. The position requires deep technical underwriting knowledge, strong analytical and negotiating skills, and the ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• 8-12 years of relevant underwriting experience.
• Professional certifications such as CPCU or AU are preferred.
• Strong analytical and decision making skills.
• Proven ability to manage broker and client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Manage a small to mid-sized team with performance evaluations, hiring, and terminations.
• Define team production goals aligned to division goals and drive execution.
• Review referrals and curate a portfolio within underwriting guidelines.
• Own division level projects and manage budgeting for the team.
