Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an experienced broker to lead cyber/E&O broking engagements, managing the full placement lifecycle from market selection to policy delivery. You will collaborate with account teams to prepare differentiated submissions and drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of insurance experience.
• P&C license required or obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Define success and direct broking activity to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Negotiate with carriers to drive revenue growth and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with account teams to prepare market submissions and proposals for clients.
• Prepare coverage analyses, letters and reports under the direction of senior brokers.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in Epic.
