Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Senior Broker to lead broking activity for Cyber/E&O placements in Chicago. You will manage renewals, coordinate market submissions, and collaborate with the account team to meet client needs and deadlines.

Responsibilities include negotiating with carriers, preparing proposals, and delivering differentiated services. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in insurance are required; a P&C license within 90 days is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three to five years insurance experience.
• P&C License required or obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Advanced industry designation(s) (e.g. CPCU, CIC, ARM) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define success and direct broking activity to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to drive revenue growth and margin.
• Coordinate with account management and client to present market submissions and proposals.
• Prepare coverage analyses and reports for proposals and client meetings.
• Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and communicate effectively.
• Develop sales documents, presentations, and RFP responses for prospective clients.
• Support broking team in proposal preparation and client communications.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in Epic system.
