You will own the post-sale customer experience and drive the aftermarket parts business, parts distribution, and Product Support, including warranty administration and technical training.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in aftermarket parts, distribution, or product support.
• Ability to lead multiple functions and align teams around customer outcomes.
• Knowledge of dealer networks, warehouse operations, and warranty administration.
• Experience building service-level metrics and escalation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for post-sale customer experience across parts, distribution, and product support.
• Lead aftermarket parts growth, inventory strategy, and dealer programs.
• Oversee parts distribution warehouse safety, accuracy, and throughput.
• Direct product support operations including warranty administration and training.
• Establish a unified issue intake, escalation, and closure process across functions.
• Develop a customer experience scorecard and executive reporting.
