Job summary

Nuix is seeking a Vice President, Customer Success to lead and grow our Customer Success function across the Americas. Reporting to the EVP Americas, this executive will be accountable for net dollar retention, gross renewal rate, customer health and the overall post-sale experience.

Based in Reston, this role oversees 8–10 CSMs, engages with C-suite, and partners with Sales and Professional Services to drive renewals, expansions and strategic outcomes for enterprise clients in investigative

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise software Customer Success leadership experience (12+ years).
• At least 4 years at VP or equivalent level leading regional teams.
• Proven ownership of net dollar retention (NDR) and renewal outcomes.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing CS teams with senior buyers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Americas Customer Success team of 8–10 CSMs.
• Own net dollar retention and gross renewal rate across the Americas.
• Govern health scoring and proactive risk management.
• Lead QBRs and customer engagement programs.
• Identify and progress professional services and expansion opportunities.
• Serve as executive escalation point and voice of the customer.
