Job description

You'll adeptly navigate multi-dimensional engagements, combining revenue cycle transformation, consulting, and technology deployments. Your energetic approach will drive the presentation of innovative strategies that expand client relationships. Leading teams within a matrixed environment, you'll demonstrate operational mastery in guiding clients' businesses toward financial success and satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of accounts with precision and professionalism.
  • Engage with executives, reinforcing value and strategically cross-selling to build executive-level relationships.
  • Manage the full scope of client relations — contracts, pricing, profitability, and more.
  • Forecast revenue growth meticulously to meet net revenue and margin targets.
  • Understand clients' digital transformation challenges and develop collaborative strategies to address them.
  • Provide industry insights to business and product leaders to keep solutions at the forefront.

Qualifications to Achieve Success:

  • Possess an undergraduate or master's degree; an MBA or MHA is preferred.
  • Exemplify excellent client relationship skills and strong business acumen, acting as a Trusted Advisor.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills, simplifying complex information for change initiatives.
  • Have at least 10+ years of experience in solution-driven, technology-enabled consulting or high-growth provider organizations.
  • Have a minimum of 5+ years of recent experience managing complex C-suite client relationships within healthcare systems, ambulatory or acute revenue cycle management environments, including consultative, solution-based selling.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $150k-$210k. Pay is determined by factors such as market conditions, location, education, experience, and certifications. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off (eligibility applies).
