You will manage a multidisciplinary team, partner with business and technology leaders, and deliver scalable AI capabilities from discovery to production with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technology leadership and end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology capabilities.
• Experience leading technical professionals and building high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, agentic AI, and related analytics.
• Experience guiding AI solutions from ideation to production, with governance and risk awareness.
• Knowledge of modern software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, data architecture, and automation.
• Understanding of AI solution lifecycle practices including monitoring and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI Enablement strategy, roadmap, and operating model for NYL Direct.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning AI architecture, AI engineering, and advanced analytics.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Provide end-to-end leadership for AI solutions from discovery to production deployment.
• Establish reusable AI capabilities, reference architectures, and governance practices.
• Drive enterprise adoption with training, communities of practice, and change management.
