Job summary

New York Life seeks a strategic Corporate Vice President to lead field compensation design, modeling, and modernization using actuarial and data science approaches. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in compensation strategy, actuarial science, predictive analytics, financial modeling, or quantitative analysis.
• Experience developing sophisticated financial or behavioral models for strategic decisions.
• Strong understanding of incentive compensation principles and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and advanced analytical modeling of field compensation plans.
• Develop predictive models to evaluate financial impact and participant behavior.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to improve modeling, forecasting, and decision support.
• Build simulation models for multi-scenario compensation design.
• Translate business challenges into quantitative models for strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize designs in Varicent platform.
• Lead analytics supporting executive presentations and governance meetings.
