Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President Controller for Credit Risk to lead allowance governance, reporting, and regulatory engagement. You will drive end-to-end execution, challenge assumptions, and prepare materials for executive governance.

You will coordinate across Technology, Risk, Product, and Finance to integrate a new credit card product into Card Services reporting and controls. The role emphasizes strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and clear documentation across BAU

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in finance, credit card, financial services, or regulatory environment.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver results.
Strong stakeholder management in a matrixed environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end allowance governance and quarterly memo process, setting cadence and documentation standards.
Provide credible challenge of allowance assumptions and model outputs.
Lead management and regulatory reporting for allowance and close processes.
Serve as a Controller representative for regulatory exams and external audits.
Drive integration of a new credit card product into Card Services reporting and control framework.
