Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President Controller in Credit Risk to lead allowance governance, financial reporting, and regulatory engagement. You will drive end-to-end execution and develop credible materials for executive and governance forums.

This role coordinates across Technology, Risk, Product and Finance to integrate a new credit card product into Card Services reporting, testing controls, and stabilization post-go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of finance/credit card/regulated environment experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to deliver through ambiguity.
• Effective stakeholder management in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and rigorous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end allowance governance and quarterly memo process with clear timelines and materials.
• Provide credible challenge on assumptions, models, overlays, and drivers in partnership with Risk and Finance.
• Lead management and regulatory reporting for allowance, including close and quarter-end deliverables.
• Represent regulatory exams and audits, coordinating with Compliance, Audit, Risk, and Finance.
• Drive delivery to integrate a new credit card product into Card Services reporting and controls.
