The position involves evaluating opportunities, preparing recommendations, and monitoring portfolio performance, with opportunities to contribute to credit origination platforms and partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in credit analysis, leveraged finance, direct lending, private credit, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of corporate credit fundamentals and financial statement analysis.
• Experience preparing investment committee memoranda and presenting recommendations.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Conduct detailed fundamental credit analysis of prospective investments (loans, direct lending, private placements, corporate credit).
• Evaluate issuer performance, capital structure, cash flow, and downside risk scenarios.
• Participate in due diligence meetings with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and advisors.
• Prepare investment memoranda and credit recommendations for committees.
• Negotiate terms, covenants, and documentation; assist in ratings.
• Structure transactions and coordinate with rating agencies.
• Monitor investments and prepare periodic portfolio reviews for management and committees.
• Support credits in origination platforms across renewables, specialty finance, and direct lending.
