Qualifications

• 6+ years in business affairs or dealmaking, with digital media or direct-to-consumer experience
• Experience negotiating talent, production, or licensing agreements
• Experience with creator economy, including digital creators and influencers
• Ability to lead high-value negotiations and influence senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation of complex creator and talent agreements with partners
• Define and implement scalable deal frameworks, templates, and playbooks for the creator economy
• Structure innovative deal models across short-form, long-form, and emerging formats
• Advise senior leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities in the creator ecosystem
• Partner with Content, DTC platforms, and Strategy to enable new creator-led business models
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Production, Marketing, and Strategy
• Help establish and evolve Business Affairs capabilities and operating models
• Build and maintain external relationships across the creator and digital media landscape
