Job summary

Union Bank & Trust seeks a Corporate Trust Manager VP to lead the Corporate Trust department’s strategy, operations, and administration. The role requires driving regulatory compliance, risk management, and client service while promoting accountability and collaboration across the bank.

Responsibilities include overseeing debt payments, asset investments, and covenant monitoring; directing audits and policy development; and pursuing business development opportunities to grow revenues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related corporate trust field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• 8+ years banking, trust or financial services experience required.
• 5+ years Corporate Trust experience preferred.
• Certified Corporate Trust Master certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and performance management of the Corporate Trust team.
• Ensure training and compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Lead audits and regulatory reviews; represent the team.
• Perform Corporate Trust functions including debt payments and asset investments.
• Foster partnerships to market to new clients and grow revenues.
• Develop and implement policies and programs for Corporate Trust.
• Complete annual compliance reviews and monitor covenants.
• Participate in budgeting and fee collection processes.
• Maintain Corporate Trust Master Certification.
• Act as liaison across internal units to support objectives.
