Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA designation required or equivalent.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience in asset management, private equity, or financial services.
• Strong U.S. GAAP, tax-basis accounting, and consolidated reporting.
• Experience leading teams and managing offshore or outsourced partners.
• Proven track record in finance transformation and process improvement.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Corporate Finance team.
• Oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, and external audits.
• Provide leadership across AP/AR, expense allocations, revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, treasury, and payment operations.
• Partner with senior leadership, business unit finance, FP&A, Legal, Tax, Compliance and Risk.
• Drive process improvement and transformation including AI and automation.
• Strengthen the control environment by identifying risks and leading remediation.
• Partner with regional finance teams to promote global policies and procedures.
• Serve as a strategic, enterprise-minded finance leader while remaining hands-on when needed.
