Job summary

Landing Point, a leading global private investment firm, seeks a Vice President to join its U.S. Corporate Finance organization in Boston. The role offers broad visibility across the firm and exposure to senior finance leadership.

You will oversee internal and external accounting and reporting for the Management Company and affiliates, lead the Accounting team, and drive a transformation agenda through process improvement and automation using AI capabilities.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with leadership roles.
Strong grounding in US GAAP, tax basis accounting and consolidated reporting.
Experience managing multi-layered teams and offshore or outsourced partners.
Track record transforming processes and implementing AI/automation.

Responsibilities

Oversee internal and external accounting and reporting across the Management Company and affiliates.
Provide senior leadership to the Accounting team and work with the U.S. Controller.
Oversee covenant and regulatory reporting to external parties.
Lead external audits in collaboration with auditors.
Drive finance operations improvements including A/P, A/R, and treasury.
Lead transformation across Corporate Finance focusing on process optimization and automation.
Assess processes and controls to identify gaps and mitigate risks.
Develop and execute strategic plans to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
