Job summary

Capstone Partners is seeking a Vice President for its Financial Advisory Services team in the United States. The role focuses on new business development and client engagements, including managing execution and working on distressed scenarios, turnarounds, and restructurings.

The candidate should have 4+ years in financial advisory or restructuring, CPA/CFA or equivalent, and a proven ability to lead complex analyses and client discussions. Willingness to travel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA or CFA (or equivalent) or GAAP accounting expertise.
• 4+ years of financial advisory and/or corporate restructuring experience.
• Prior experience in mergers and acquisitions and related financial advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Coordinate and perform detailed business due diligence.
• Execute engagements and manage day-to-day processes with deadlines.
• Organize forecasts, financial statements, and management presentations.
• Prepare and maintain complex financial models.
• Assist in marketing and planning of engagements.
• Build relationships with clients and prospective clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
