Qualifications

• 10+ years planning and executing large-scale corporate events in fast-paced environments.
• 4+ years planning small bespoke events with attention to detail.
• Proven track record delivering memorable experiences within budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Able to manage last-minute needs in high-visibility situations.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual corporate event strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Plan and execute internal client events and coordinate with vendors.
• Build communications campaigns and marketing collateral; track registrations and engagement.
• Create event playbooks, dashboards, and post-event analyses; manage budgets.
• Serve as primary contact for external partners and manage event spaces and branding.
• Oversee on-site event execution and post-event wrap-up.
