The role combines corporate events with bespoke personal events, delivering highly personalized experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate event planning and execution experience.
• 4+ years of bespoke personal events planning and execution.
• Proven ability to create polished, high-end experiences within budgets.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• High EQ with senior executives and external partners.
• Discreet, polished, and comfortable in high-touch settings.
• Experience with event platforms like Cvent, Smartsheet, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own events from concept to day-of execution and post-event debrief
• Plan and execute corporate, internal, external, and bespoke personal events
• Partner with senior Partners to deliver personalized experiences
• Manage event logistics, budgets, vendors, contracts, and timelines
• Serve as primary contact for external partners using the new event space
• Build and maintain a network of vendors and partners
• Develop systems and processes to create consistency and scalability
• Be onsite for events and act as escalation point
• Conduct post-event analysis and apply lessons learned
