What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic assessments into new business lines and opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify and prioritize potential partners and acquisition targets
- Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to negotiate and structure deals
- Perform detailed financial analysis and valuation modeling for potential transactions
- Lead the due diligence process for potential transactions, assessing various aspects of opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations; alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cross-team collaboration and leadership
- Proven experience in constructing frameworks to prioritize clinical drug candidates
- Experience in financial asset valuation of potential compounds, drugs, partnerships, and/or deals
- Proficient in writing research documents and proposals in understandable language
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience negotiating within the pharma/healthcare space to secure beneficial terms
- Background in recruiting, training, and leading teams in business development or finance
