Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a seasoned Vice President, Accounting and Controller to lead the controllership and shared services functions. You will own the close processes and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting, with emphasis on internal controls and process improvement.

This on-site role requires senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic partnering with executive leadership to support financing, acquisitions, and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years accounting leadership experience.
• CPA preferred; active CPA or CMA or equivalent.
• Experience with multi-location environments and private equity backing preferred.
• Experience with payroll, tax, treasury, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee controllership and shared services functions.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Lead audits and lender reporting.
• Collaborate across departments to improve processes.
