Chase is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager to shape core experiences across Small Business Card channels. You will lead end-to-end product development, grounded in customer feedback, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with teams across product, design, data, and technology.

You will own strategy, define roadmaps, and drive adoption of self-service and assisted solutions, balancing customer value with risk and governance in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of product management experience developing and launching customer-facing products at scale.
• Experience leading products through the full product development lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Experience simplifying complex customer problems and translating them into intuitive customer experiences.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, operational considerations, and technical constraints.
• Experience using experimentation and data-driven decision-making to guide product strategy and prioritization.
• Experience operating in large, highly matrixed organizations, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for foundational customer experiences (including spend management, permissions and access, and account management).
• Identify customer pain points and opportunities to simplify and improve end-to-end journeys across self-service and assisted channels.
• Lead discovery, research, and requirements development in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery from concept through launch, including readiness, rollout, and post-launch iteration.
• Establish success metrics and use customer feedback, analytics, experimentation, and operational insights to inform prioritization decisions.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders and senior leadership.
