Chase is seeking a Senior Design Strategist to develop holistic experience strategies and integrated systems for small business customers. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, coach designers, and advocate for human-centered processes while driving scalable outcomes across consumer and business banking experiences.

You will work with Design, Technology, Product, Data, Service, Operations, Sales, and business partners to shape opportunities and deliver customer-centric digital

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in user experience, service design, design thinking, and design research.
• Experience with AI-aware approaches in digital design.
• Proficiency with rapid prototyping and testing using modern tools (Figma, Claude Code, VS Code).

Responsabilités

• Participate in a multidisciplinary team to identify opportunities that create value for customers.
• Synthesize inputs from user research, analysis, and data into compelling visions and plans.
• Create visual artifacts that capture insights and inspire new thinking.
• Identify, prototype, and test concepts with increasing fidelity.
• Lead omnichannel design strategy initiatives with internal partners.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver actionable designs balancing desirability, feasibility, and business needs.
• Socialize work, influence roadmaps, and align stakeholders.
