• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in IT/Technology finance.
• Experience in financial services industry.
• Experience with Technology Investment accounting, capitalization, and cost governance.
• Experience with financial systems and ERP platforms.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, accuracy, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight of technology investments including budgeting, capitalization, and cost governance.
• Manage annual technology investment plan and identify cost trends and optimization opportunities.
• Consolidate global financial results and deliver reporting to support executive decision-making.
• Enhance financial reporting processes by streamlining workflows and improving reporting efficiency.
• Support compensation planning through financial modeling, tracking, and analysis.
• Analyze budget-to-actual results and prepare variance reports for senior leadership.
• Partner with procurement, accounts payable, and finance teams to ensure accurate accounting and expense reporting.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities including accruals and reclassifications.
