LHH is seeking a Corporate Controller in the Philadelphia area to lead accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. You will report to the CFO and manage domestic and offshore resources, guiding close processes and finance transformation.

The role requires CPA, 10+ years in controllership, and strong leadership across multi-entity environments. You will partner with executives across functions to strengthen policies, automate processes, and ensure US GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Active CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/controllership experience.
• Experience leading accounting managers and multi-functional teams.
• Hands-on with shared services, offshore, or outsourced accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience in a multi-entity and/or multi-location organization.
• Proven ability to improve accounting processes, controls, and close.
• Strong ERP and advanced financial systems experience.
• Excellent executive-level communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting.
• Oversee GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, intercompany, accruals and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate standards.
• Review results, balance sheet activity, cash flow and variances.
• Lead accounting teams domestically and offshore/shared services.
• Strengthen internal controls and reporting processes.
• Coordinate external and internal audits and resolve findings.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate processes.
• Lead ERP, reporting, workflows and finance transformation initiatives.
• Partner with executives across FP&A, operations, IT, and HR.
• Support treasury, tax, banking, and strategic finance initiatives.
