Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, is seeking a VP Controller Consultant to join our Financial Operations practice. You will serve as a strategic business partner to support clients with interim and project-based accounting needs.

In this client-facing role, you will lead with senior financial management, build strong relationships with CFOs and executives, and help drive growth through improved processes, controls, and scalable finance operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with a minimum of 3 years as a Controller
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally as needed
• Strong desire for consulting-style work and delivering excellent customer service
• Experience leading and managing operations of an accounting department
• Track record of developing and optimizing accounting and finance functions for growth
• Interpersonal skills to coordinate with IT, HR, Operations; internal controls experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide senior financial management and accounting services to clients with professionalism and client service
• Partner with CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, bankers, private equity firms, tax advisors, and investors to achieve client success
• Help clients execute growth strategies, take on new initiatives, and implement scalable processes and controls
