Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group company, seeks a Controller Consultant to join our Financial Operations practice—providing interim and project-based accounting leadership for clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with CFOs, CEOs, and senior leaders to deliver high-level financial management, drive process improvements, and support growth initiatives across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with a minimum of 3 years in a Controller role.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Willingness to travel throughout your local market and occasionally support national markets.
• Preference for consulting-style work and strong customer service mindset.
• Experience leading and managing operations of an accounting department.
• Track record of developing and optimizing the accounting and finance functions for growth and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior financial management and accounting services to clients.
• Partner with CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, bankers, private equity firms, legal and tax advisors, and investors to drive client success.
• Help companies execute growth strategies and implement new processes and improvements.
