Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, seeks a Controller Consultant to join our Financial Operations practice. You will serve as a strategic business partner to support clients in interim and project-based accounting needs.

As Controller Consultant, you will work with CFOs, CEOs, and executives, delivering senior financial management, implementing processes, and enabling growth for growing companies across industries. Travel locally and occasionally nationally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years as Controller.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Willingness to travel locally and nationally.
• Experience leading and managing operations of an accounting department.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize finance functions to support growth.
• Strong interdepartmental collaboration skills with IT, HR, and Operations.
• Proficient budgeting and forecasting with complex financial models.
• Experience maintaining internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior financial management and accounting services to clients.
• Partner with CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, bankers, private equity firms, legal advisors, tax advisors, and investors.
• Help companies execute growth strategies and implement processes and improvements.
