Job summary

Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, seeks a Controller Consultant to join our Financial Operations practice and act as a strategic partner for interim and project-based accounting needs.

You will work with CFOs, CEOs, executives, bankers, PE firms, legal advisors, tax advisors, and investors to deliver high-quality service and support growth initiatives for diverse clients across local markets and national engagements.

Qualifications

• CPA license or MBA required.
• 7+ years of accounting with at least 3 years as a Controller.
• Experience in emerging growth, manufacturing, technology, and SaaS.
• Willingness to travel within local market and nationally as needed.
• Strong client service and senior financial management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior financial management and accounting services to clients.
• Partner with CFOs, CEOs, executives, bankers, and investors to drive client success.
• Help clients execute growth strategies and implement scalable processes.
