Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Vice President of Contracting for Oregon and Washington to lead provider network strategy, contracting, and value-based arrangements. This hybrid role requires coordinating across Portland, Vancouver, and Renton offices and traveling as needed to meet business objectives.

You will drive innovative partnerships, oversee negotiation execution, and partner with leaders to expand networks while maintaining affordability and quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus 15 years of health care and medical management leadership experience, including 7+ years payer experience.
• Experience converting providers from fee-for-service to value-based contracts for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage large teams and drive strategic change.

Responsibilities

• Direct the provider network and contracting activities, including negotiation strategy and network planning.
• Lead provider network strategy across access analysis, network operations, and cost management.
• Oversee contracting department coordination and resource allocation across projects.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop and launch new products, programs, and services.
