Job summary

National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) seeks a Senior Manager of Commercial Strategy & Operations to drive cross-functional initiatives that advance the league’s long-term success. You will work with the Strategy and MCO teams to optimize processes, oversee committee operations, and coordinate multi-department projects for growth.

You will report to senior leadership, build robust analyses, and manage timelines and communications for Board/Committee activities, traveling as needed for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Strong quantitative, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize insights from diverse stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with discretion.
• Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional initiatives to support long-term league success.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing, and Commercial teams to operationalize strategic vision.
• Lead committee management and prepare timely presentations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across sponsorship, licensing, media, marketing, and strategy teams.
• Identify risks and manage stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
