Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, corporate communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Expert-level writing, storytelling, and editing skills, with ability to craft compelling narratives from scripts to articles.
• Demonstrated experience in audio production, including podcasts or narrative audio stories.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to influence senior executives and collaborate across a complex organization.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple content projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Craft a wide range of written materials, from in-depth articles to crisp scripts for videos and executive communications.
• Conceptualize, script, and produce audio content such as podcasts and narrative stories for an internal app.
• Analyze content performance and share regular insights to refine the narrative approach.
• Manage end-to-end production lifecycle for multiple content projects, from brief to publication, ensuring deadlines and quality.
