Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads merger and acquisition advisory activities end-to-end.
• Oversees valuation analyses and M&A models with teams.
• Leads deal process, drafting sessions and due diligence meetings.
• Maintains client conversations and negotiations with counterparties.
• Participates in new business development activities.
