TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. seeks a highly strategic Vice President of Consumer Insights & Intelligence in Anderson, SC.

You will build an enterprise-class consumer insights capability and translate insights into growth strategies across marketing, product development, and retail. You will lead a cross-functional team, modernize research methodologies, and partner with executive leadership to shape brand strategy and product portfolio.

Competenze

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams.
• Experience within consumer products, durable goods, home improvement, tools, outdoor products, automotive, technology, retail, or similarly complex consumer categories strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and lead TTI's Consumer Insights & Intelligence strategy across brands, categories, and product platforms.
• Establish a centralized Voice of the Consumer capability informing strategic decisions across marketing, product development, and retail.
• Lead brand health and equity measurement, including awareness, consideration, and loyalty, and connect insights to business outcomes.
• Embed consumer insights throughout product development and drive consumer-led innovation and validation.
