Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with strong employee relations skills.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and engagement.
• Coach leaders on performance, accountability, conflict resolution, and team effectiveness.
• Support workforce planning, staffing plans, and talent initiatives with HR Business Partners.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes and ensure compliant documentation.
• Analyze workforce trends and prepare reports for HR leadership.
