Job summary

Workspire is seeking a Vice President of Construction Quality to lead the development and evolution of the quality function across a distributed operating environment. This executive role blends strategy with hands-on execution to improve construction quality, reduce risk, and strengthen customer confidence.

You will build scalable systems, develop teams, and partner with operational leaders to ensure quality is embedded in day-to-day execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in construction or industrial settings.
• Experience leading quality across multiple locations and projects.
• Proven track record building or improving a Quality Management System.
• Experience in high-growth, PE-backed environments preferred.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial quality practices and NDE/NDT methods.
• Ability to translate quality to practical field processes.
• Strong business judgment linking quality to cost and schedule.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cultural change.

Responsibilities

• Set overall quality strategy and standards to support growth.
• Build a scalable quality framework across regions and projects.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed quality into execution.
• Establish accountability and continuous-improvement practices.
• Lead quality organization including regional leaders and inspectors.
• Use quality data to drive cost, risk, and customer outcomes.
• Serve as escalation point for customer quality concerns.
• Oversee quality audits, field activities, and fabrication programs.
• Develop quality metrics and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Engage field teams to drive solutions.
