Qualifications

• 15+ years of related construction quality leadership experience.
• Proven track record building or transforming a quality program across multiple projects.
• Strong communication and executive presence.
• Ability to lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience with design, procurement, and construction interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee national construction quality control and assurance on active projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals embedded with project teams.
• Design and enforce QA processes and inspections across project phases.
• Own root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Reduce rework, warranty exposure, and quality-related risk.
• Align field practices with enterprise quality standards and ISO 9001.
