Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Aiken, SC seeks a Vice President to lead component manufacturing plus facilities. This onsite role drives safe, reliable production, site infrastructure, and continuous improvement across the Aiken footprint.

You will partner with global leaders to align tooling, procedures, maintenance, and planning, while developing capabilities for growth and Lean adoption in a complex, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Progressive manufacturing, operations, or facilities leadership experience.
• Eligibility: U.S. citizen or permanent resident; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience in global organizations and site infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead component manufacturing operations and facilities management for the site with safe, efficient ramp up and delivery.
• Represent manufacturing and facilities priorities to site leadership and align teams with business priorities.
• Set and execute manufacturing and facilities strategy in line with budgets and growth plans.
• Lead investment projects for localization of in-house components and facility investments.
• Coordinate ramp up and training of staff for planned growth.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering, and others to hit targets.
