Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Vice President of Component Manufacturing + Facilities in Aiken, SC. You will lead manufacturing operations and facilities, drive safety, quality, and delivery, and partner with global teams to standardize tooling and processes.

This role requires strong leadership across production, maintenance, and site infrastructure. You will oversee complex projects, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and budget commitments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing, operations, or facilities leadership experience (or equivalent).
• Experience leading complex manufacturing environments and facilities operations.
• Ability to drive safety, quality, cost, and delivery improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead component manufacturing operations and facilities management for the Aiken site; ensure safe, efficient ramp up and delivery.
• Represent manufacturing and facilities priorities with site leadership and align local teams.
• Set and execute strategies aligned with business objectives, budgets, and growth priorities.
• Oversee investment projects for localization of components and facility investments.
• Coordinate ramp up and training of staff for planned growth.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering, and Reman/Overhaul.
• Enhance Lean processes, performance management, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with global teams to standardize tooling, procedures, and standards.
• Lead and develop manufacturing and facilities teams within governance and reporting frameworks.
