Job summary

Ladders is seeking a VP, Complex Program Lead to oversee recovery and performance of large-scale technology programs for enterprise customers.

Remote - US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available. You will partner with CIOs and senior technology leaders to drive risk assessment, accountability, and informed decisions across complex delivery environments.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience leading large-scale technology programs valued from $100 million to $1 billion.
• Proven track record in recovering failing programs and managing executive escalations.
• Strong decision-making skills regarding program leadership and resource allocation.
• Experience engaging with CIOs and senior technology leaders during critical decisions.
• Current PMP certification.
• Experience with hyperscalers and multi-company delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the performance and recovery of complex customer programs.
• Identify and intervene on program risks before they escape.
• Lead recovery efforts for at-risk programs and customer accounts.
• Establish evidence-based assessments of program health.

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Complex Program Lead to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will oversee the recovery and performance of large-scale, high-stakes technology programs for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will bring disciplined program leadership, strong executive presence, and the ability to assess risk, restore confidence, and drive accountability across complex delivery environments. This position will partner closely with senior technology leaders and CIOs to make critical decisions that influence program outcomes and customer success.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 annually

Responsibilities
