Job summary

Citi recruits for a Vice President of Competitive Intelligence Insights to join the US Customer Experience organization in Schaumburg, IL. You will design and lead critical research initiatives to understand the competitive CX landscape and benchmark Citi’s experiences across channels.

The role requires strategic, senior-level insights and the ability to influence partners and senior leaders while partnering with Digital, CX, and Operations to drive growth and customer-centric improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience.
• 4+ years competitive, research/insights or consulting background.
• Demonstrates deep understanding of consumer journey frameworks and CI techniques.
• Excellent relationship management and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Identify & analyze competitive trends and author executive-level presentations.
• Map and benchmark customer journeys and recommend improvements.
• Own and manage outside vendor relationships to support CI.
• Analyze data to build insights and compelling CX stories across channels.
• Lead multiple projects with clear plans and timely insights.
• Engage cross-functional partners to share insights and move initiatives forward.
• Ensure Citi policies and risk controls are met in all engagements.
