Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President, Relationship Manager for the Community Engagement team in Corporate Responsibility. You will coordinate with policy organizations, advocates, and civic groups to advance the firm’s community and policy priorities in Northern California and beyond.

You will work with Government Relations, Global Philanthropy, Communications, and business lines to craft strategies, host events, and deploy grants.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in stakeholder management, government relations, grantmaking and/or policy work with financial services or similar industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work across multiple internal teams and external partners to shape policy and community outcomes.
• Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a portfolio of influential stakeholder relationships across Northern CA and related regions.
• Collaborate with Global Philanthropy, Government Relations, Communications and lines of business.
• Develop and execute strategies that align with firm priorities and external stakeholder expectations.
• Represent JPMorganChase at external events to advance objectives.
• Activate thought leadership through events, sponsorships, and forums.
• Design and host forums that promote dialogue between executives and partners.
• Manage an annual grant portfolio aligned with strategic focus areas.
• Conduct analysis to inform strategy and investments.
