Doceree in New Jersey announces a leadership role for a Director/Senior Director/VP to shape commercial strategy across pharma, healthcare and AI-enabled products. You will partner with Sales leadership to define GTM strategies, translate market trends into actionable plans and deliver tools to boost win rates and productivity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting or commercial strategy within healthcare, pharma, HealthTech, AdTech, digital media, or related industries.
• Consulting experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing landscapes including HCP engagement and omnichannel strategies.
• Experience partnering with Sales teams to improve go-to-market effectiveness and performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership to develop and optimize go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth across pharmaceutical brands and healthcare agencies.
• Translate market trends across pharma, healthcare, adtech and AI into actionable commercial strategies and messaging.
• Develop sales enablement tools, playbooks and frameworks to improve productivity and account planning.
• Provide competitive intelligence and customer insights to empower teams as trusted advisors.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and inform product innovation from market feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to align priorities.
• Lead strategic planning, forecasting and executive reporting to support business growth.
